These Terms govern your use of RingBack's website and services. By submitting a request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
RingBack provides AI-powered call-answering and missed-call recovery for home-services businesses, including building, configuring, and operating an AI voice agent on your behalf. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are described at signup.
Demo requests are free and carry no obligation. A demo illustrates representative functionality and is not a guarantee of specific results for your business.
Setup fees are billed once at signup. Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any performance guarantee (such as a 30-day booked-job guarantee) applies as specifically described at signup, subject to your reasonable cooperation in onboarding (e.g., providing accurate business information and forwarding calls as instructed).
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including obtaining any consents required to record or handle your customers' calls in your jurisdiction.
You may cancel your monthly service at any time; cancellation stops future monthly billing. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by the applicable guarantee or by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingBack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
